2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required upfront or in milestones based on the agreed scope.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Project Process

  • Projects begin after receiving a written brief and initial payment.

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary materials (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.

  • Delays in communication may impact delivery time.

4. Revisions

  • Each package includes a specified number of design revisions.

  • Additional revisions beyond the limit may incur extra charges.

5. Ownership

  • Once full payment is made, the client owns the final website files and content.

  • We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from website downtime, hosting issues, or user misuse

  • Security breaches if third-party software/plugins are installed by the client

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • The client is unresponsive for 14 days

  • There is a breach of these Terms

  • Any verbal/written abuse occurs

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
