2. Partial Refunds

  • The project has started but no final files have been delivered

  • Work done does not match agreed project scope due to our error

  • Timeline delays are solely on our end without prior notice

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Project scope was completed as per agreement

  • Revisions or edits were rejected for personal taste

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of feedback or missing materials)

  • Services already marked as delivered or downloaded
