The refund request is made within 3 days of payment
2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in cases where:
The project has started but no final files have been delivered
Work done does not match agreed project scope due to our error
Timeline delays are solely on our end without prior notice
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Project scope was completed as per agreement
Revisions or edits were rejected for personal taste
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of feedback or missing materials)
Services already marked as delivered or downloaded
